Per capsule, this formula provides, among other things, 22 mg of vitamin B1, 28 mg of vitamin B2 (R-5’-P), 14 mg of vitamin B6 (P5P), 400 µg of folate (5-MTHF, Quatrefolic®) and 250 µg of vitamin B12 (50% methylcobalamin, 50% adenosylcobalamin).
