Golden Naturals Respiratory Support is a natural supplement containing malabar nut (Adhatoda vasica), zinc, vitamin C and skullcap (Scutellaria). Malabar nut supports the respiratory tract* and helps you breathe more freely*. Zinc and vitamin C help protect cells against oxidative damage caused by air pollution and also ensure good resistance. Vitamin C also helps with fatigue.

As a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount may also be taken with water throughout the day before a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 2 to 12 years 1 capsule per day. Golden Naturals Respiratory Support may be used for a long period of time. We recommend avoiding dairy products (as much as possible) when using this dietary supplement.
