We have had our herbal tea tested for ORAC value (antioxidants) by an independent laboratory. This showed that Alka Tea has an ORAC value of no less than 70,000 (measured per 100 grams).
No microplastic in our tea bags
The tea bags of our Alka ® Tea:
- are made of unchlorinated paper
- does NOT contain billions of microplastic pieces
- contain only 52 natural herbs
Preparation:
Tea cup: Place the herbal filter in a cup and add 250ml of boiling water. Let the herbal filter steep for 5 minutes. Stir briefly and drink slowly. You can optionally let the herbal filter steep longer to make the herbal tea stronger according to your needs.
Tea pot (thermos): Place 2 herbal filters in a 1 - 1.5 liter tea pot and then add boiling water. Place the cap on the tea pot and let the tea steep for at least 10 minutes before pouring the tea. You can leave the herbal filters in the teapot.
✓ 1 herbal filter (tea bag) per 250 ml of boiling water.
✓ Drink 3 to 5 glasses per day.
