How to use Alka® Acid-Base Drops

Recommended daily dose

• 4 times a day : 1 glass of water with 4 drops on an empty stomach.

Step-by-step plan

1. Fill a glass with 250 ml of water.
2. Shake the bottle before use and add 4 drops.
3. Stir briefly and drink within a minute.

Recommended times:

• In the morning immediately after getting up.
• Half an hour before lunch.
• Half an hour before dinner.
• One hour before bedtime.

Tip for on the road:

Carry the bottle in your bag and prepare alkaline water at any time. For longer trips you can alkalize a 1 liter bottle of water with the drops. Drink the water in portions of 200-250 ml for the best effect.

Combination tip

Use Alka® Tabs Original as a supplement to the drops. Take 2 glasses of alkaline water with drops and 2 Alka® Tabs per day. Note: do not combine them at the same time, because alkaline water can affect the coating of the capsules.
