What is Bromelain ACL?
Bromelain ACL by Biotics Research is an enzyme supplement in tablet form with a combination of bromelain from pineapple and additional enzymes. This formula contains, among other things, 100 mg of bromelain (2500 MCU/g), supplemented with papain from papaya, ficin from fig, amylase, cellulase, and lipase. Additionally, inositol and L-cysteine have been added. This vegetarian supplement has been developed as a broad-spectrum enzyme formula and is presented as an enteric-coated tablet.
Each tablet contains 160 mg of pea blend (Pisum sativum, actiVbase®), a biological plant culture that naturally contains polyphenols, SOD, and catalase. The enzymes are derived from pineapple (Ananas comosus), papaya (Carica papaya), and fig (Ficus carica), among others. The tablets are coated with shellac and contain excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.
