What is Equi-Fem?
Equi-Fem by Biotics Research is a vegetarian multivitamin in tablet form, specially formulated for women. This supplement combines vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C (125 mg), vitamin E (15 mg α-TE), vitamin B6 (3 mg), zinc (2 mg) and vitamin D3 (1 mcg) with plant extracts including Rhodiola rosea, Cimicifuga racemosa, Angelica sinensis and broccoli extract (10% glucoraphanin). It also contains taurine, coenzyme Q10 and a plant culture complex (actiVbase®). The tablets are developed as a complete multivitamin and are suitable for a vegetarian lifestyle.
Each tablet provides a broad spectrum of nutrients and plant extracts in carefully chosen dosages. The formula includes mixed tocopherols, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), menaquinone (vitamin K2) and the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid. Thanks to the addition of actiVbase® and actiVmins®, a biological plant culture enriched with chromium is used, with naturally occurring polyphenols, SOD and catalase.
