Usage and dosage

Add a few drops to a shower gel and use during your (morning) shower. Add a drop to a moisturizer or bath oil.

Use a few drops in an aroma diffuser or evaporate a few drops mixed with water in an aroma burner. For external use only.

Tip: add a few drops to a bowl of warm water, lean over the bowl for 5 to 10 minutes, and breathe in the steam calmly and deeply through your nose. You can cover your face by placing a towel over the back of your head.
