What is coconut oil?

Coconut oil is a natural product made from the flesh of the coconut. The pulp is first dried and then the oil is squeezed out. Mattisson coconut oil is cold-pressed, unrefined and obtained from the first pressing of the coconut. Cold pressing uses as little heat as possible so that the valuable nutrients are retained as much as possible. This natural product consists of 47% vegetable Lauric Acid, 8% Caprylic Acid and 6.5% Capric Acid.
