Bioactive substances for optimal absorption
All Golden Naturals multis are very easy to absorb due to the bioactive ingredients. 'Bioactive' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its work immediately and thus has optimal efficiency. Ease of use has also been taken into account, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, the multis contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the bioactive form of B6; the body can absorb it immediately. This ensures optimum effectiveness and a low dose is sufficient.
