This compound plays an important role in methylation processes , including DNA regulation, neurotransmitter activity, and liver detoxification. The formula is stabilized for optimal bioavailability and also contains the active forms of vitamin B6 (P5P) , vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) , and folate (5-MTHF) to support endogenous SAMe metabolism.
