What is Thyrotabs?
Thyrotabs by Biotics Research is a dietary supplement in tablet form containing a combination of pituitary & hypothalamus concentrate (from lamb – Ovis aries: actiVcell®), L-tyrosine and various vitamins and minerals such as iodine, selenium, magnesium and vitamin A. This formula also contains lentils (Lens esculenta) and a pea blend (Pisum sativum) based on actiVbase®, a biological plant culture enriched with selenium. The tablets are used as a complex with cofactors and combine animal and plant components in one composition.
Per tablet, the formula contains, among other things, 50 mg L-tyrosine, 20 mg pituitary & hypothalamus concentrate (actiVcell®), 75 mcg iodine (from potassium iodide, derived from Ascophyllum nodosum) and 25 mcg selenium (actiVmins®). Magnesium is present in three forms: magnesium citrate, gluconate and glycinate. In addition, the product contains Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, copper, manganese, vitamin A (retinyl acetate) and tyrosinase.
