What is Vitakruid Psyllium & Glucomannan?
Vitakruid Psyllium & Glucomannan powder is a fiber preparation that combines two soluble fibers in one product: psyllium and konjac glucomannan. This Psyllium & Glucomannan powder provides 5000 mg of psyllium seed powder and 1000 mg of konjac glucomannan per scoop and can be easily distributed throughout the day. Soluble fibers react directly with water and absorb large amounts of moisture. Psyllium and glucomannan are known for their high viscosity, which causes them to turn into a viscous mass in water.
